Where children
learn to root
and flourish

Wildflower Early Learning is a boutique, nature-centered environment for children ages 2–5. Rooted in Montessori principles, we nurture independence, curiosity, and inner calm — creating space for children to grow one intentional day at a time.

This is not
traditional childcare

Wildflower is a place where childhood unfolds at its own pace. We believe the earliest years are not meant to be rushed through in preparation for school, but honored as a rich, irreplaceable season of becoming.

Rooted in Montessori philosophy and the wisdom of nature, every element of our environment — the materials children touch, the meals they eat, the rhythms of the day — is chosen with intention and care.

We hold space for children to feel safe, to feel regulated, and to feel capable. That is where true learning begins.

Three roots of
everything we do

01
Nature as Classroom

Outdoor exploration, gardening, sensory play in natural materials, and daily time beneath open sky. Children learn best when they are connected to the living world around them.

02
Montessori Principles

Independence, self-directed activity, and respect for the child's inner development. We guide without rushing, support without hovering, and trust each child's unfolding pace.

03
Nervous System First

Daily yoga, regulation practices, and red light therapy support each child's ability to feel calm, grounded, and ready to engage. A settled nervous system is the foundation for all growth.

Purposeful from
morning to afternoon

Every part of the day is thoughtfully designed — not to fill time, but to nourish the whole child. What follows is not a schedule. It is a rhythm.

Outdoor Learning

Gardening, nature walks, sensory exploration, and open-ended play in our outdoor environment. Children spend meaningful time outside every single day, in all seasons.

Daily
Yoga & Movement

Gentle yoga, breathwork, and body awareness woven through the day to support emotional regulation, coordination, and a deep sense of inner calm.

Daily
Organic, Local Meals

Two nourishing organic meals and one snack, prepared daily from locally sourced ingredients. Mealtimes are calm, communal, and part of the learning experience.

2 Meals + 1 Snack
Red Light Therapy

One gentle red light therapy session daily as part of our whole-child wellness approach, intended to support general well-being and natural daily rhythms. Protective eyewear is provided for every session.

For informational purposes only. Not a medical treatment. Consult your child's healthcare provider.

1× Daily
Small Group Care

Intentionally small enrollment means every child is truly known — their rhythms, needs, emerging strengths, and the things that make them light up.

Boutique
Independence Building

In a calm, prepared environment, children are given the space to make choices, solve problems, and practice real life skills — building steady confidence from the inside out.

Montessori

Fed, rested,
and regulated

We believe that a child who feels good in their body is a child who is ready to grow. That is why nourishment and nervous system care are not extras at Wildflower — they are woven into the fabric of every day.

  • Two organic, locally sourced meals daily
  • One nourishing afternoon snack
  • Daily yoga and breathwork for emotional regulation
  • Red light therapy once daily — protective eyewear provided
  • Calm, unhurried mealtimes as community ritual
  • Sensory-aware, low-stimulation environment

Wellness offerings are intended to support general well-being and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Red light therapy is used as a supplementary wellness tool only. Always consult your child's healthcare provider regarding individual health needs.

Growing alongside
children ages 2–5

We serve children in early preschool age who are beginning to or actively working on toilet independence. We lovingly support potty learning but do not provide full diaper care.

2–3
Early Explorers

Building foundational trust, language, sensory play, and the earliest seeds of independence and self-care.

3–4
Growing Roots

Deeper engagement with nature, Montessori works, peer connection, and expanding emotional vocabulary.

4–5
Wildflower Ready

Confident, capable, and curious — ready to lead their own learning and step into the wider world.

"Within the child lies the fate of the future."

— Maria Montessori
